Weights are used in workouts and exercises as a resistance tools. From 1 lb. weights to 100 lb. barbells. Some are in the form of wrist bands or vests that are worn while walking or running and kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells are for a more intense workout. There are weight sets that have quick adjustments and come with a storage rack or case. You can also buy individual weights for specific exercises. Before you begin a weight program, we advise you to consult with a trainer or coach to make sure you buy the proper equipment to reach your fitness goals.
